Puerto Rico...Puerto Rico!

 

I know I know...it's been way too long since my last post. That's what happens when you spend the last 5 months couped-up in an office. Would you rather have pictures of my white board? Nonetheless, Amrita layed the smack down and said it's about time we go on vacation. I couldn't argue which brings me to my next couple posts on our vacation to Puerto Rico!

We couldn't have asked for a better vacation. The weather was gorgeous, the water was warm and the golf was plenty (see the beautiful grass above :)

Our abode was in Rio Grande which is roughly 30 miles from the airport. It's a quiet little town; mostly consumed by 3-4 resorts. The resort we stayed at - Gran Melia - sat right by the water and had a pool the size of which gave the Atlantic Ocean a run for its money. The posted pic was taken just outside our balcony at sunset (i know it's cliche) but I wanted to show as each has its own character. I've never seen one where you can clearly identify a crisp siloutte of the sun.
